The Process: Upon booking you will fill out a series of questions that you would like to discuss in your session.
1. You will be asked to lay down and close your eyes in a comfortable space where you are free of any noises or distractions. (headphones and microphone required)
2. You will then be guided by the voice of your Hypnotherapist through a series of images in your mind
3. It is at this time where you will be in a deep meditative state, completely relaxed in the body, yet awake and learning in your mind.
4. Together, you move through a past life, go into the space that the soul goes when the body dies, and speak directly to your Higher Self.
In this session, we dive deep into an important life (past or future) to explore relationships, significant days, and life lessons to see how related topics can connect to your current life.
We will then explore the vast spiritual realms, where we can connect with various energies including; your Spirit Team, Council of Elders, Soul Family, Passed on Loved Ones, visit your Soul’s Healing Space, speak with Essences (such as the essence of location, money, strength, peace), and much more!
